• Location information such as latitude, longitude, and assigned work area used to verify that attendance is marked from an approved location.
• Camera or image information such as check-in/check-out selfies and profile photos, when selfie attendance or photo upload is enabled.
• Device information such as device identifier used to help protect accounts from unauthorized use on other devices.
• Leave, holiday, payroll, salary slip, and employment-related records where those modules are enabled by your organization.
• Technical information such as IP address, session data, logs, and error records used for security, support, and service reliability.

How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide login, profile, attendance, leave, payroll, and reporting features.
• Verify attendance using location, work area, selfie, biometric status, or other attendance methods selected by your organization.
• Generate attendance reports, live reports, salary slips, payroll calculations, and employee records.
• Improve app reliability, prevent misuse, investigate issues, and provide support.
• Comply with legal, accounting, employment, and business record requirements.

Permissions Used by the App

The mobile app may request permissions only when needed for enabled features:

• Location permission is used to verify check-in and check-out from allowed attendance areas.
• Camera permission is used to capture attendance selfies or profile photos when required.
• Storage or photo access may be used to upload or display profile photos, selfies, and salary slip documents.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared only with your organization, authorized administrators, service providers that help operate the app, or government/legal authorities when required by law. Payroll, attendance, and employee records are controlled by the organization that provides access to the service.

Data Storage and Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. Passwords are stored securely. Access to employee and business records is limited based on assigned user roles and permissions.

Data Retention

We keep personal, attendance, payroll, and employment records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet business requirements, resolve disputes, enforce policies, or comply with legal obligations. Your organization may determine the retention period for employee records.

Your Choices and Rights

You may contact your organization administrator to view, update, correct, or request deletion of your employee profile and attendance-related information, subject to legal and business record requirements. You can also control app permissions from your device settings, but disabling required permissions may prevent attendance features from working correctly.

Children's Privacy

This app is intended for workforce attendance and business administration use. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy
